The answer to this question would be: B. the sphenopalatine ganglion

If you tring to imagine what happens when you cry, the answer will become clearer. When someone crying, lacrimal glands of the eye secrete tear and your nose will produce secretion too, then become congested. The postganglionic neuron that located in that place is the sphenopalatine ganglion.
