How matter and energy are typically transferred throughout an ecosystem. with living and nonliving

    Matter and energy are transfered by:

    Living:other animals eating eachother, but when doing this the animal that just ate the organisim it gains less energy than the animal before it beacsue it used some of that energy

    Non-Living:When water goes into the atmosphere its energy and matter are going into the air and it does the same thing when it falls as percipitation.
