    Option C

    Explanation:

Beach Nourishment is a process of preventing coastal erosion through addition of sediments on beach. This is not a long lasting solution and hence beach requires re-nourishment after every 2-3 years or periodically. However, finding material for re nourishment is not at all a challenge. Sand from near by areas and be dredged and pumped onto the beach. This makes it an expensive exercises.

    Hence, option C is correct
