    The non-material benefits people obtain from ecosystems are called ‘cultural services'. They include aesthetic inspiration, cultural identity, sense of home, and spiritual experience related to the environment. There are certain services that are much important for the production of all other ecosystem services including soil formation, photosynthesis, primary production, nutrient cycling and water cycling.

    The Environment supports the existence and survival of humans in each way that is directly and indirectly. For instance, intellectual development, recreation, aesthetic values religious enrichment, and opportunities for touristy are all conjointly thought-about as cultural services.
