90% of the human body is composed of just four elements. They are carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen. These elements combine to larger units called molecules. There are two types of molecules in our bodies; organic and inorganic.

Basically molecules, containing Carbon are organic molecules. But for sure not all of them. For example CO (Carbon monoxide) is not organic. But CH3 is. CH3 (methane) is also the simplest organic molecule.
