Absolution can lead to revolutions and a change in government structure since it is a system in which the ruling power is not subject to regularize challenge or check by any other agency, be it judicial, legislative, religious, economic or electoral. Basically it was originated in early Europe and was besed on the strrong individual leaders of the nation-states that were created at the breakup of the medieval order. Thus this is a political theory and form of government where unlimited, complete power is held by a centralized sovereign individual with no checks or balances from any other part of the nation or government. They had seen that this power centralized and expanded and bacame rulers of modern nation states.
