Non renewable resources will have declined to be scarce and renewable resources will not be able to keep up with the major population leaving a starvation problem. the economy will decline also because the rise in population will exceed the amount of jobs leaving more people jobless. and overall quality of life will decline because the population could exceed the amount of housing, also with a drop in the economy more people will be left poor and or homeless.
