    The correct answer is 4) have evolved less then population A.

    The population B will have no evolutionary pressure to change since the environment has stayed the same. On the other side of the island, population A is facing a life and death situation, it has a big evolutionary pressure to change in order to survive, so it evolves according to the new environment, thus becoming more evolved then population B.
