Too much Saturated Fats increases Cholesterol level

    Explanation:

Fat of course plays an essential role in our diets as shown in his meal. It is a basic source of energy, it adds taste to our meals with irresistible flavoured aroma.

Infact, most meals with fatty garnishment are tasty BUT THEN, too much Saturated fat increase the cholesterol levels which has an adverse effects in the blood vessels expectially the arteries.

I'll like to say, the combination of this meal has quite an enormous quantity of fat. The vegetables are all processed and would have lost some percentage of effects.

Summarily, the fat content seems much. A cut is advised (medically)
