The large optic lobes of a frog's brain indicates that a large amount of their brain processing is oriented towards visual stimuli. This is because they can visualize a much larger degree of range laterally than humans and need to be able to process movement to detect predators and prey, they need more processing power for interpreting visual signals. This explains why they have a large brain lobe compared to humans.
