    The answer is water vapor. Global warming is the gradual rise in the earth's temperature caused by high levels of carbon dioxide and other gases in the atmosphere. Water vapor is the most dominant greenhouse gas and also dominant positive feedback in our climate system and amplifies warming caused by changes in atmopsheric carbon dioxide.
