A hypothesis is sometimes viewed as "just a guess". Why is this an inaccurate view?

    Answer: A hypothesis is an educated proposition based off of little evidence that aims at explaining data or processes.

    A hypothesis is an educational guess. Sometimes you may not know the answer but by what you know and what the question is asking you may have an idea so its an educational guess
