How does the release of carbon dioxide by microorganisms benefit plant life?

    Plants consume CO2 in Photosynthesis, converting it and water into glucose using the energy contained in sunlight to kick start 6C O2 + 6 H2 O+sunlight→ C6 H12 O6 + 6 O2 the process.

    In the process called photosynthesis, plant life consumes carbon dioxide (CO2) and water to yield the products which are glucose sugar and oxygen gas. Through this process, the amount of carbon dioxide in our atmosphere is somehow depleted.
