What evidence supports a conservation law?

Energy from sunlight becomes glucose during photosynthesis.

    The evidence that supports the conservation law is that Carbon dioxide becomes glucose and oxygen during photosynthesis. The law of conservation of mass states that in a chemical reaction, mass is neither created nor destroyed. For example in photosynthesis the reactants are 6 carbon dioxide, 6 water and sunlight which adds to the mass of products which is; 1 glucose and 6 oxygen.
