N an oil spill, why does the oil not mix with the sea water?

Lipids are hydrophobic. Lipids are hydrophilic. Lipids are saturated. Lipids are unsaturated.

    I'm pretty sure the answer would be "Lipids are Hydrophobic". Hydrophobic means it doesn't mix into liquids
