    Blood volume decreases

    Explanation:

Blood is a specialized body fluid and comprises of four main components which include plasma, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets.

During exercise in which a considerable amount of water is lost through sweating, the plasma level in the blood decreases. This results in a corresponding decrease in the blood level of the body.

When this happens the heart beats faster thereby increasing the heart rate and causing some palpitation feelings. The blood retains more sodium making it tougher for it to circulate through the body.
