    Out of the following given choices;

    Cryptorchidism

    Orchitis

    Testicular torsion

    Epididymitis

    The answer is Epididymitis. The most common cause of epididymitis is bacterial infection of the epididymis. Pain is less severe and more gradual than with testicular torsion and epididymitis also shares most symptoms with orchitis. Other symptoms may include fever and chills, frequent or painful urination, or a discharge from the penis.
