A newly found type of yeast called the "blooby" has been found in the North Carolina's State Fair Grounds. When tests are performed to look for its number of chromosomes and genome size, a strange result puzzles the researchers studying it. It seems that the chromosome territories are not clearly defined. Furthermore, when they look at the rRNA production, it seems is not actually happening in the nucleolus. What type of experiments the researchers may have performed in the "blooby" to reach such conclusions?
