    The renewable resources are the ones that replenish themselves constantly, so they are always at disposal, while the nonrenewable are the ones that are used much faster than their rate of replenishing. A prime example of nonrenewable resource is the crude oil, which is in huge demand and is used extensively, but it needs to millions of years to replenish itself. Other resources that fall into this category are the natural gas and the coal.
