Why is it important that organisms interact with each other?

    The reason why it is important is because all organisms depend on one another. Let's take into account these species:grasshopper, rabbit, fox, bear. All are organisms. Grasshoppers are eaten by rabbits which give rabbits energy. Foxes eat rabbits, foxes are eaten by bears and they all are in a food chain. This means that each layer gets energy from the previous one.
