The right answer is - True

    Explanation:

Water reclamation process is used to convert wastewater into water which can be used for purposes like irrigation, industrial need, garden use, etc. This process consists of three treatments preliminary, primary and secondary.

In preliminary treatment, large solid material and grits are removed. In primary treatment froth and remained small solids are removed. In secondary treatment suspended solids and dissolved organic matter are removed.

So from this water impurities and solids are removed but it can not be used for drinking purposes so it does not return to a portable state. So the statement is true.
