The three types of the genomic instability are "base pair mutation, microsatellite instability and chromosome instability."

    Explanation:

The three genomic instability are base pair mutation, microsatellite instability and significant structure variation like chromosome number or the structural changes which also referred as the chromosome instability. Genomic instability is the greater frequency of the mutation in the genome of the cellular lineage. This genomic instability mutation can change the nucleic acid sequence, chromosomal rearrangement or the aneuploidy. The genes responsible for instability are BRCA1, BRCA2, MSH2 and MYH.
