Human blood types are determined by the types of proteins, A or B, found in the blood. People with type O blood have neither A nor B proteins present. The table below provides a description of the possible blood type combinations. Phenotype AB A B O Genotype (s) AB AA or AO BB or BO OO What is the probability that a mother with type AB blood and a father with type O blood will have a child with type O blood?
