    A hemorrhagic stroke:

    Occurs when blood bleeds into the surrounding brain from an artery or weakened blood vessels resulting in pressure that damages brains cells and causes improper functioning of the damage area

    In this situation, AVM disrupts and starve the surrounding tissues from enough oxygen, causing weakening and rupturing of the affected arteries and veins resulting in brain damage or bleeding in the brain.
