    Neurons are terminally differentiated and thought to permanently be in G0. That is, they no longer divide. Therefore, G0 should represent the entirety of the cell cycle.

    To represent this in an informative way, I would draw the cell cycle as normal, but draw a loop representing G0 off of G1, making it clear that this is where neurons always reside, never re-entering G1.

    Alternatively, G0 could be represented as a continuous straight line, as the cell no longer participates in a cycle
