The correct answer is zeaxanthin and lutein.

Zeaxanthin and lutein are two types of carotenoids, which can be found in many fruits and vegetables, such as green leafy vegetables and colourful (especially yellow) fruits and vegetables. They can also be found in egg yolks.

It has been shown that these two carotenoids block blue light from reaching some structures of the eye, thereby, protecting the eye from oxidative damage produced by light. This damage can cause a serious disease which is called macular degeneration (AMD). Therefore, lutein and zeaxanthin protect and promote eye health.
