Dietary Reference Intake or DRI is the recommended amount of nutrient intake that the body should take in various stages of the human life. If Reuben weighs 205 lbs (93 kg), the amount of protein he needs would be: 93kg * 0.8g/kg = 74.4grams of protein

If Reuben eats 154.2 grams of protein, then the grams protein per kg would be; 154.2grams / 93kg = 1.7g/kg
