    When you run to catch a ball, your movements are planned and controlled from the Medulla.

    Explanation;

    The Medulla directly controls certain autonomic (involuntary) responses, such as heart rate, breathing, blood vessel dilation, swallowing, sneezing and vomiting.

    It is located in the brain stem, anterior to the cerebellum.
