All of the organelles in eukaryotic cells such as the nucleus, endoplasmic reticulum, and mitochondria, are located in the cytoplasm! Duh! haha pretty much everything is in the cytoplasm!

It holds everything inside the cell and outside the nucleus. The cell wall is outside of the cytoplasm protecting things from getting in and out.
