The motor cortex dedicates a large amount to controlling the muscles of the hand. It is likely that the percentage is around 30%, maybe more. This is followed my the muscles of the face/tongue. This is surprising considering how small these parts are compared to other muscle groups of the body, but these parts require the most intricate control.
