If we want to now produce a lot of this jellyfish glow protein, what do we have to do after this first successful cloning to reach our goal

    After the first successful cloning, insert the constructed plasmid into carrier cells also known as E. coli in order to make copies of plasmad and many proteins coded for by the glo gene. The polymerase chain reaction will allow us to clone the DNA. This will enable production of jellyfish glow protein.
