How is heat energy and temperature different from each other

    Heat measures both kinetic and potential energy which is contained by molecules in an object. Temperature measures the average kinetic energy of molecules in a substance. Temperature does not depend on the size or type or object.

    Its like body heat body heat is way different from like electronic heat because the electronic heat is like when you touch the end of a power cord when you are trying to plug it in you get shocked, body heat come from your body it wont harm you.
