Severe smoking where induced bronchitis causes heart failure in the hearts lower right chamber or the ventricle. The condition is called right-sided heart failure or it can also be called pulmonale.

Right-sided heart failure causes fluid like sputum to build up in your body as well as in belly and legs area.

Heart failure is mainly seen due to congestion of bronchi of sputum making it difficult to breathe which leads to high blood pressure and also leads to heart failure. In the US it decreases the population because many people start smoking at early age lets say 20 years, by the time that person reaches sixty years he might have smoked 290000 cigarettes which is much harmful to his health.
