The tilted rock structure is most likely the result of the collision of crustal plates. Crustal plates (or commonly referred to as tectonic plates) are the outside layer of Earth's surface. According to the theory of plate tectonics, these crustal plates move and when two or more of them collide, the rocks on this part of the lithosphere crunch and fold, and also they tilt and lift. This phenomenon is called collision of the crustal plates.
