What does the word "skepticism" means in science

It's the process of applying a reason and thinking to determine it being acceptable. It's the process of finding a supported conclusion and not justification on something that has no evidence behind a conclusion. So it wouldn't be right saying "Skeptics don't believe in ghosts" because "Some do."
