The scientists should prepare a culture of the human cells. It also requires special ingredients like subtrate or medium that will supply essential nutrients like amino acids, vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates to the cells. Growth factors, hormones, important gases like carbon dioxide and oxygen are also required. A regulated environment supported by appropriate pH, temperature and osmotic pressure is also desired for the growth of cells.
