    The answer is cockerel. This the name of the young domesticated male chicken, sometimes it is also called young rooster. But this cockerels are only usual less than a year old than the usual. Male chickens have been castrated at four to eight months and it weighs 5-9 pounds. This kind of chicken produce more white meat and higher fat content.
