Unlike in prokaryotic cells, replication in eukaryotic cells

    Prokaryotic cells are multi cellular organisms while eukaryotic cells are not. Prokaryotic, such as bacteria and archaea, reproduce asexually through binary fission while eukarotes separate cells in a process called cytokinesis.
