How many chromosomes will each new daughter cell have prior to s phase in a cell with 2 n = 32 chromosomes after it undergoes mitosis followed by cytokinesis?

    The cytoplasm and its contents divides during cytokinesis. There are 46 chromosomes in a human body cell. They are the same, both have 46, the chromosome number of the two new cells and diploid or 2n = 46 chromosome number.
