    The correct answer is hypotonic solutes. Plant cells require hypotonic solutes. Hypotonic is when the cell is enlarged by the water moving to the cell. A plant cell always need this type of environment because it needs turgor pressure. This type of pressure will cause the plant healthy and firm.
