Why is it difficult to find the ideal light intensity if the temperure were very hot or cold?

    Firstly it must be said that temperature does not influence light intensity. I hope that this question concerns plants. At a higher temperature a plant will dehydrate faster that at a lower temperature, if we keep the light intensity same. This is the reason behind the saying that it is hard to find the ideal light intensity if the temperature were very cold or hot.
