How are babies made?

    In mammals, eggs and sperm.

    Same for fish, reptiles and amphibians.

    Sponges reproduce by budding (cell split).

    Others reproduce by fission (also cell splitting)

    Vegetative propagating is a way for some plants (one example: spider plants).
