    D. BbDd

    Explanation:

According to the given information, the allele for blue flowers (B) is dominant over the allele for white flowers (b).

And the allele for dwarf plants (D) is dominant over the allele for tall plants (d).

The genotype of the homozygous blue, dwarf parent plant would be "BBDD" while that of the homozygous white, tall parent plant would be "bbdd".

A cross between BBDD x bbdd would obtain all BbDd (heterozygous blue, dwarf plants) progeny in F1 generation.

    Parent plants: BBDD X bbdd

    Gametes: BD bd

    F1 progeny: BbDd
