Sleep makes you feel better, however, its important is way beyond boosting the mood or banishing under eye circles. Adequate sleep is a key part of a healthy lifestyle, and can benefit the heart, weight, and mind among others. It improves memory, also curbs inflammation which is linked to heart disease, stroke, diabetes, arthritis, and premature aging, among other benefits.
