Prokaryotic mRNA do not contain noncoding part or introns because in prokaryotic cell both transcription and translation occur in the nucleus.

    Explanation:

Eukaryotic mRNA contain introns which get spliced from the mRNA before the transport of the mRNA into cytoplasm for protein biosynthesis process or translation.

But in case of prokaryotic cell both transcription and translation occur in the nucleus, so it can be stated that transcription and translation are coupled in prokaryotic cell.

That"s why prokaryotic mRNA do not contain introns in their mRNA.
