    The systemic circulation is as follows:

    The blood flows from the left atrium to the left ventricle. From there, it goes into the aorta where it gets distributed to the rest of the body. The blood would then go into the vena cavae and then to the right atrium, then to the right ventricle. It would go to the pulmunary arteries then get distributed to the lungs. Then the pulmonary veins would carry the oxygenized blood back to the left atrium and the cycle continues.
