    Mitotic division

    Explanation:

The male honey bee is called drone. The drone is a haploid (having one genome) male. Its main function of the drone is to fertilize queen bee. The queen bee is diploid so, it produce haploid egg by reduction or meiosis whereas, drone is haploid thus it produce sperm by mitotic division.
