The answer would be: administer 20 mL/kg boluses of an isotonic crystalloid.

The patient has a stab wound which probably causes internal bleeding. The bleeding could decrease the blood volume and make the patient shock. The ideal option would be giving the person blood donor, but giving a crystalloid fluid will be faster option to prevent shock. The fluid should be isotonic since the aim is to replace the blood loss.
