The population of humans will stabilize after the carrying capacity for humans is met

    Explanation:

When the carrying capacity of a habitat for humans has been attained then the population of humans becomes more or less stable as the number of deaths becomes equal to the number of births. Thus, there is just a constant population at all time above which if the population goes it could lead to destabilizing of the ecosystem.

An ecosystem that has reached its carrying capacity has just sufficient number of humans which it can support without harming itself or until it is affected by some external biotic and a biotic factor.

In other words, there is a carrying capacity for human life on our planet. Carrying capacity is the maximum number of a species an environment can support indefinitely. Every species has a carrying capacity, even humans. However, it is very difficult for ecologists to calculate human carrying capacity.
