    A. Chitin

    Chitin is a nitrogen containing polysaccharide. Fungi build their chitin from a disaccharide of acetyglucoamine a modified sugar they polymerize into chitin.

    Cellulose and glycogen are polysaccharides. Cellulose is linear while glycogen is a branched polysaccharide.
